Barry Bones

Barry Bones, San Jose Native, aint nuttin to play with! This man has been creating official Hip Hop trackz since 1994. Solid, Hardcore, yet Soulful. Traditional in a sense of having a classic hip hop sound, yet innovative because he is able to project that raw California vibe from his own life experience. And no we are not talking about what people think California is via Radio and/ or TV. We mean the real California, where the trial of ancient Native Americans stretched from Alaska all the way down to South America, a true conduit of culture. Before producing beats, Barry Bones use to DJ, dating all the way back to 1991. He practiced with DJ Insanity (CAL SKATE DJ, where Too Short hung out every weekend), and went to war in numerous DJ Battles. A true head indeed, not only did he start cutting school to practice his DJ skills, he continued this pattern when he wanted to learn production. Starting out on the EPS, he would ditch school for a day of chopping and building with the Architech (then G-Luv) of the Homeless Derelix. By early 1995 he united with fellow companions to form the Underbombers. Produced tracks for Subcontents, Zest the SMoker, Kynivn Bastardz, and doing cuts on the Executive Lounge album.
